DWC Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Meeting Scheduled for January 17, 2024

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, January 17 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., will be held on a virtual internet platform. Changes made to the Government Code by Senate Bill 544 allow public meetings to be conducted virtually through January 1, 2026.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 as an advisory body to consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.

The meeting agenda and related materials will be posted on the DWC P&T Committee webpage at least 10 days prior to the meeting. DWC welcomes comment from the public on the formulary drug list. All correspondence should be directed to Formulary@dir.ca.gov.
