DWC updates the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies fee schedule to reflect Medicare changes

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has posted an order updating the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to the July 2026 Medicare payment system changes, as required by Labor Code section 5307.1.

The order applies to services provided on or after July 1, 2026, and adopts Medicare’s third-quarter 2026 DMEPOS fee schedule update.
