DWC Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Meeting Scheduled for January 18

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 18 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. will be held on a virtual internet platform. Changes made to the Government Code by Senate Bill 189 (Statutes 2022, Chapter 48) allow public meetings to be conducted virtually through June 30, 2023.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 as an advisory body to consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.
