|
You must save your copies of the Cal/OSHA 200 forms and
supplementary records for each occupational injury or illness for five
years following the year to which they relate and continue to provide
access to the data as though these forms were the Cal/OSHA 300 and 301
forms, as provided for in Section 14300.35 and Section 14300.40. You are
not required to update your old Cal/OSHA 200 forms and supplementary
records.
