DWC Postpones Relocation of San Jose Office

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) today announced that the relocation of the San Jose district office has been postponed. The office will not be moving on December 28, 2023, as previously announced. DWC San Jose will remain at its present location until further notice:

100 Paseo de San Antonio, Room 241
San Jose, CA 95113.

DWC will advise when the rescheduled move will occur.

The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) recognizes the importance of communicating effectively with individuals, including those with limited English proficiency. DIR is making an effort to provide meaningful services for individuals that speak languages other than English.
