DAS Employer Ambassador Program
The Employer Ambassador Program demonstrates the real-world benefits and best practice approaches to apprenticeship, through authentic storytelling and peer-to-peer mentorship.
Employers: Essential Partners in Apprenticeship
The DAS Employer Ambassador Program recognizes and amplifies the voices of California employers who are advocates of apprenticeship. Our ambassadors serve as an example and mentor to other employers—positioning apprenticeship as the way to build their skilled workforce.
Through a nomination process, the program will showcase employers who already demonstrate excellence in apprenticeship.About the Program
Our ambassadors reflect the diversity and innovation of California's apprenticeship ecosystem. We are seeking ambassadors across two tracks:

Nomination Process
Any employer actively participating in a registered apprenticeship program may be nominated by their program sponsor, workforce partners, industry associations, local education agencies, or apprentices.
Self-nominations are also welcome with a letter of recommendation from your registered apprenticeship program sponsor confirming your active participation.
This is a volunteer program—there are no fees or financial requirements.
Your investment is your time, expertise, and willingness to help other employers discover what you already know: apprenticeship works.
