- Applicant Notification and Record Challenge: Your fingerprints will be used to check the criminal history records of the FBI. You have the opportunity to complete or challenge the accuracy of the information contained in the FBI identification record. The procedure for obtaining a change, correction, or updating an FBI identification record are set forth in Title 28, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 16.34

Entertainment Industry Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Requirements
Beginning January 1, 2019, all talent agencies operating in California must provide their artists with educational materials on sexual harassment prevention, retaliation, reporting resources, nutrition and eating disorders.
Applicants for entertainment work permits for minors between the ages of 14 and 17 must also complete sexual harassment prevention training before obtaining a minor’s entertainment work permit.

The Labor Commissioner reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation as may be needed to complete the investigation as to the character, competency, and responsibility of the applicant.
