Build Without Barriers, is the official new podcast from Trades for All. Trades for All is an initiative launched by ABC Southern California, as part of the Equal Representation in Construction Apprenticeships (ERiCA) grant to increase the recruitment, retention and success of women in the trades. Hosted by Kris Georgeson, Director of Education Compliance and Outreach at ABC, it brings listeners unscripted conversations with apprentices, contractors, and industry leaders who speak on what a career in the trades is really like.

Brett Wright – Electrician and Trades for All Committee Chair talks about leadership, culture change, and opening doors in construction.

Aaron Viveros – Teacher with ABC Southern California who overcame addiction and homelessness on his journey to getting his electrician certification and contractor’s license.
