Workers’ Compensation Claims by Region and County

First Reports of Injury (FROIs) submitted by Trading Partners to the Workers’ Compensation Information System (WCIS) captures location information about California’s workers’ compensation claims. Three data elements on location are the postal code of the accident/injury site; the employer’s complete address; and, the employee’s address.

The tables, charts and reports below are taken from the postal codes of each of three data elements. The numbers reflect the WCIS database information as of the run date of the report.
