Virtual Courtroom Resources
The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) is excited to announce it will be moving from the telephone conference lines used for status conferences, mandatory settlement conferences (MSCs), priority conferences, and lien conferences to the CourtCall Video Platform. All hearings currently heard via the conference lines will transition to the CourtCall Video Platform beginning March 3, 2025.
All trials, lien trials, and expedited hearings will continue to be set in person.
Each judge has a virtual courtroom on the CourtCall Video Platform. Access information for the Judges’ virtual courtrooms will be posted on DWC’s website and included on hearing notices. Every courtroom will also have a call-in number if needed by the parties.
