Application for New Registration of Electrician Trainee or Reinstatement

New Registration:

1. Need copy of current proof of enrollment (see example)
2. If full courses from a “Whole” Electrician Trainee school is completed, need proof of Certificate of Completion

Reinstatement:

1. Need current proof of enrollment (see example)

Application for Renewal of Registration of Electrician Trainee

1. Need copy of current proof of enrollment (see example)
2. Need unofficial transcript or verification of completion of courses in the past year from ET school (see example)

NOTE: Without these documents your application will not get processed. You will be sent a letter explaining what is missing.
