Description
The committee will discuss a proposal to amend General Industry Safety Orders, Section 3420 to include a definition of “Presence Sensing Systems.” Additionally, the committee will consider a proposal to amend Section 3424 to enhance protections for the infeed of brush chippers and the timeframe for implementation.
