The Commission consists of eight members, four representing employers and four from organized labor. The Governor appoints four Commissioners, and the Speaker of the Assembly and the Senate Rules Committee each appoint two members.

Please Note: Agenda topics are subject to CHSWC review and approval. The agenda may be adjusted, if necessary, depending upon the time needed for discussion of each item. Public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker. Members of the public should plan sufficient time to pass through building security. Meeting dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Check back before the meeting to verify date and time.

Please Also Note: Commission meeting agenda action items usually include a vote to approve the prepared minutes from the previous meeting. Meeting minutes are only posted after they are approved by the Commission. Therefore, there will always be a lag between any meeting and its prepared minutes. Minutes of any given meeting will normally be available after the next scheduled meeting takes place.
