To amend Title 8, General Industry Safety Orders, Section 3203(a) to include procedures to implement applicable, published California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidelines following a declaration of a state of emergency and an executive order directing CDPH to publish workplace guidance to mitigate “aerosol transmissible pathogen” spread in the workplace.
