Petitioner requests to amend Title 8, General Industry Safety Orders (GISO), Section 5193(g)(2)(B) to add a provision to specify that Bloodborne Pathogens and Infectious Control training must take place when an employee is first given the initial assignment and to add trainer qualifications.
