Description
The committee will discuss proposed amendments to existing sections in title 8, California Code of Regulations, article 2, Standard Specifications of the General Industry Safety Orders and proposed new sections regarding fall protection to be added to article 2 in order to be as effective as title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910.140 Personal Fall Protection Systems and 29 CFR 1910 Subpart D – Walking-Working Surfaces.
