Description
The committee will discuss amendments to section 1630, Elevators for Hoisting Workers. The AC is being convened in response to the Board’s decision to grant Petition 587 (Zampa and McClelland), and a previous Request for New, or Change in Existing, Safety Order (Form 9) from the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) dated April 3, 2019.
