Description
At this AC meeting we will discuss potential amendments related to re-certification in subsections 5006.1 (d) and 5006.2 (d)(3) to clarify that the hands-on examination waiver will not apply to crane operators involved in accidents or other reported performance issues. The agenda for the meeting will include: §5006.1. (d) Mobile Crane and Tower Crane -- Operator Qualifications and Certification (Applicable to Cranes in General Industry Only) §5006.2. (d)(3) Operator Training, Certification, and Evaluation for Cranes and Derricks in Construction .
