Description
The committee will discuss an alternative proposal to amend General Industry Safety Orders, section 3420 to include a definition of “Certification or Certify,” “Certification/Validation and Certify/Validate,” and “Validation or Validate” Additionally, the Committee will consider an alternative proposal to amend section 3424 to add subsection (c) “Presence Sensing System Certification/Validation” and add new Appendix A “Requirements for Certification/Validation of Presence Sensing Systems (PSS) for Brush Chippers.
