Effective July 10, 2014, ABM is no longer a participant in these ADR programs. By agreement between ABM and the unions, all pending ABM claims, regardless of the date of injury, are subject to the jurisdiction of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. These ADR programs remain in effect for all non-ABM employer participants.
