DWC Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Meeting Scheduled for October 18, 2023

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, October 18 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., will be held on a virtual internet platform. Changes made to the Government Code by Senate Bill 143 (Statutes 2023, Chapter 196) allow public meetings to be conducted virtually through December 31, 2023.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 as an advisory body to consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.
