DIR Issues Notice of Public Hearing on April 2 for Proposed Public Works Contractor Registration Regulations
The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has issued a notice of public hearing for proposed regulations to clarify public works contractor registration requirements and provide procedures for appealing a registration denial or revocation.
The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2 at 10 a.m. in the first floor auditorium of the Ronald Reagan State Building, 300 South Spring Street, Los Angeles.
Members of the public may review and comment on the proposed regulations. The comment period is open until 5 p.m. on April 2. Written comments can be emailed to PWCRregulations@dir.ca.gov, or mailed to the address below:Department of Industrial Relations
