This rulemaking was concluded with the Office of Administrative Law’s approval and filing of the regulations with the Secretary of State on March 23, 2020. The regulations become effective on May 15, 2020. The Director of Industrial Relations thanks everyone who shared their comments and insight during the rulemaking process.
