DWC’s San Bernardino District Office Reopens

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) today announced that its San Bernardino district office has reopened after a closure for repairs to its air-conditioning system.

Parties may now once again file documents in person, including walk-throughs.

In conformance with statewide DWC policy, trials, expedited hearings and lien trials will be set in-person. Mandatory settlement conferences, status conferences, lien conferences and priority conferences will remain virtual and take place on the assigned judge’s conference call line. For in-person hearings, the parties may petition the judge for a virtual hearing. Such requests will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
