DWC issues Notice of Modification to Text of Proposed Action regarding Workers’ Compensation – Qualified Medical Evaluator Regulations
The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has issued a notice of modification to text of proposed action proposing updates to Form 31.5 and Form 108, which were the subject of a public hearing on November 15, 2022.
The updates can be found on the DWC website. The proposed modifications are indicated in blue text with strikethrough if text is removed and blue text with underline if text is added.
Members of the public may provide written comments relevant to the proposed changes from November 21, 2022 through December 6, 2022.
Written public comments can be submitted via US mail, facsimile transmission (FAX) or by email until the end of the day on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 to the attention of:
