DWC Moves SIBTF Office to New Location

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) today announced its Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) has moved to the following address:

1750 Howe Avenue, Suite 370
Sacramento, CA 95825-3367

The main office phone number remains the same from the former location on Promenade Circle.

The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) recognizes the importance of communicating effectively with individuals, including those with limited English proficiency. DIR is making an effort to provide meaningful services for individuals that speak languages other than English.
