DWC Postpones MTUS Public Hearing Scheduled for March 30

In compliance with the ongoing stay-at-home orders, the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has postponed the public hearing scheduled for Monday, March 30 at 10:00 a.m. for proposed evidence-based updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS). The public hearing and 30-day period to submit comments on the proposed regulatory changes will be rescheduled to a later date.
