Hotline for health and safety concerns in the adult film industry

Employees who believe their employer is not complying with the law can file a complaint with Cal/OSHA. The name of any person who submits a complaint to Cal/OSHA is kept confidential. To file a complaint related to hazards in the adult film industry, call (213) 237-9958. Accidents and complaints

To report a workplace accident or file a complaint, contact the Cal/OSHA Enforcement Unit District Office closest to the workplace where the accident occurred or the complaint conditions exist. For non-emergency complaint situations, you can complete a Web Complaint and mail or fax it to the Cal/OSHA Enforcement Unit District Office closest to the workplace where the complaint conditions exist.

Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004

On Aug. 11, 2004, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed Senate Bill 1809 (the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004) into law which, among other things, amended Labor Code Section 2699 et seq.  Written notices required under the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 to be sent to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health and to the employer, with a copy to the Labor and Workforce Development Agency, are to be sent by certified mail to the following address:
