Construction Suicide Prevention Week

Every year in September, Cal/OSHA joins the world to raise awareness about suicide prevention during National Suicide Prevention Month.

Cal/OSHA is dedicated to protecting the safety and health of all workers. We recognize the unique mental health challenges construction workers face, and encourage all workers and employers in the industry to promote the use of mental health resources by their teammates.

With many workers and employers participating in the construction industry each year, it is critical that we remind and encourage crews to focus on mental health as much as they do for physical safety.

Construction Suicide Prevention Week. At Cal/OSHA we are dedicated to protecting workers' safety and health.
