The Elevator, Ride and Tramway Unit - Invoice payment options

CONVEYANCE INVOICE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Labor Code 7314 (c) Whenever a person owning or having the custody, management, or operation of a conveyance fails to pay the fees required under this chapter within 60 days after the date of notification, he or she shall pay, in addition to the fees required under this chapter, a penalty fee equal to 100 percent of the fee. Failure to pay fees within 60 days after the date of notification shall constitute cause for the division to prohibit use of the conveyance.

By Credit Card

It’s easy and convenient to pay your Conveyance Invoice by credit card (MasterCard and Visa). Current year as well as prior year Invoices can be paid by this method.

Please have your Conveyance Invoice on-hand when you are ready to make your payment. Note that the Invoice number, Invoice Date, as well as the Invoice Amount, will be required in order to ensure that your payment is accurately posted to your account.
