Cal/OSHA and Director's Office staff are preparing a standardized regulatory impact analysis (SRIA), as required by Government Code sections 11346.3(c) and 11346.36, based on revised draft language prepared in November 2016. The SRIA will be submitted to the Department of Finance (DOF) for review and will be included in the Initial Statement of Reasons, along with a summary and analysis of DOF's comments, as part of the package that will be submitted to the Office of Administrative Law to commence rulemaking. No further advisory meetings are anticipated at this time unless needed to resolve issues that arise during rulemaking.
