DWC Injured Worker Workshops

Injured on the Job? Need to know your rights? Attend a free online presentation on workers' compensation available in English and Spanish.

At these free, one-hour workshops you will learn about:

  • Your right to medical treatment
  • Disability payments
  • Returning to work after your injury
  • Resolving a disagreement over your claim

The workshops consist of a presentation followed by a question and answer session. They are designed to give a general understanding of the workers’ compensation system and are geared to injured workers that have recently filed a workers' compensation claim with their employer. However, any injured worker can benefit from attending, and all are welcome to attend.

The online workshops are held at 3 p.m. on the first Friday of every month in English and the third Friday of every month in Spanish.

In accordance with Zoom’s Updated Webinar Security Requirements and DIR’s IT Security Policy, all attendees are required to pre-register for the workshops.
