Division of Workers' Compensation - Injured on the Job? Need to know your rights?

At these free, one-hour workshops you will learn about:

  • Your right to medical treatment
  • Disability payments
  • Returning to work after your injury
  • Resolving a disagreement over your claim

The workshops consist of a presentation followed by a question and answer session. Workshops are set up for injured workers that have recently filed a workers' compensation claim with their employer, but any injured worker can benefit from attending, and anyone can attend.

Workshops are hosted by the state Division of Workers' Compensation and are held monthly at local division offices.
