Annual Reports
Annual Reports are prepared by CHSWC covering the performance of the California workers’ compensation system, including discussion of reforms, recent legislation, current research and data from the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC), the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), the Division of Labor Statistics and Research (DLSR), the Uninsured Employers Benefits Trust Fund (UEBTF), the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB), the California Department of Insurance (CDI), and other sources.
