The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) held nine public forums on workers’ compensation across the state between April 10 through April 30, 2012. The forums were held in order to discuss current issues in the workers’ compensation system and to gather information from stakeholders and members of the public on suggestions for improvements.
The public was invited to submit their comments in person at one of the nine sessions or to provide written comments.
