Lifting/Lowering

1. Position materials at a height that allows you to work within Your Power Zone

| Use a Lifter | Raise the Worker | Raise or Lower the Work Surface | Tilt the Container |

Light bulb Use a scissors lift, load lifter, or pneumatic lifter to raise or lower the load so that it is level with the work surface. Then slide the load instead of lifting.
