Article 69. Food and Tobacco Machinery
§4555. Ice Cubing and Ice Scoring Machines (Class A).
Ice cubing and ice scoring machines shall be enclosed on all sides to a height of not less than six feet.
EXCEPTIONS:
1. Machines also enclosed or guarded on top.
2. The necessary openings to feed and discharge the ice.
