Subchapter 1. Rules of Procedure for Permanent Variances and Appeals from Temporary Variances
Article 1. General
§404. Computation of Time.
In computing the time within which any act must be performed, days
shall refer to calendar days. The first day shall be excluded and the last day
shall be included. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the required
act must be performed by the following Monday, or if that Monday is a holiday,
by the next day that is not a holiday.
