Chapter 3.3. Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board
Article 1. General
§345. Scope and Application of Rules.
These rules of practice and procedure of the Occupational Safety and Health Appeals
Board shall govern all appeals, contests, motions, hearings, petitions, and proceedings
before the Appeals Board and an Administrative Law Judge of the Appeals Board,
arising from actions by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health taken pursuant
to Part 1 (commencing with Section 6300) of Division 5 of the Labor Code or Section
2950 of the Health and Safety Code, or for employers' cost recovery pursuant to
Section 149.5 of the Labor Code.
