Exception for Existing Permanent Amusement Rides Only: If complete documentation
meeting the requirements of Section 3195.3(a)(2)(A) is reasonably believed not
to exist or is not reasonably available, the ride may be open to the public if
the owner or operator has documentation demonstrating the proper performance of
the ride through testing performed in conformance with the specifications of the
documentation required by Section 3195.3(a)(2)(B).
(b) All testing performed by the owner or operator pursuant to this section shall be conducted by an authorized person.
