§ 9815. Corrected Notice.



If information in any notice, or the action taken as reflected in the notice, was incorrect or incomplete, the claims administrator shall provide the employee with a corrected notice within 14 days after knowledge of the error or omission. The notice shall be identified as a “Corrected Notice” and explain the nature and reason for the correction. Any additional benefits due as a result of the error or omission shall be paid or provided with the notice, if not previously provided.
