§9792.6. Utilization Review Standards -- Definitions -- For Utilization Review Decisions Issued Prior to July 1, 2013 for Injuries Occurring Prior to January 1, 2013. [Repealed]

2. Amendment of subsections (a)(4), (c)(1), (c)(3)(iii)-(iv) and (c)(4)(i)-(iii) filed 11-9-98; operative 1-1-99 (Register 98, No. 46).

3. New article 5.5.1 (sections 9792.6-9792.11) and repealer and new section filed 12-9-2004 as an emergency; operative 12-13-2004 (Register 2004, No. 50).
