ยง 30.5. Specialist Designation.
The Medical Director shall utilize in the QME panel selection process the type of specialist(s) indicated by the requestor online or on the Request for Qualified Medical Evaluator Form 105 or 106 of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, unless otherwise provided in these regulations.
