Subchapter 4. Electrician Certification
§291.4. Retesting.
An applicant may take the test as many times as he or she wishes under one application
for one year following the date of the notification of eligibility to take the
examination so long as there is at least 60 days between each sitting. The applicant
must make payment of the test fee each time the test is taken. After one year
following the date of notification of eligibility, an unsuccessful applicant must
submit a new application and make new payment of fees.
