§ 13872. Other Fees, Costs, and Expenses Prohibited.



A foreign worker hired or selected to work for an employer in California shall not be charged or otherwise be required to pay any costs or expenses prior to commencement of work. Nor shall a worker be required to pay any costs or expenses which are not customarily assessed against workers similarly employed in the United States.
