§ 13811.5. Temporary Registration Extension.



The Labor Commissioner's Office shall issue a temporary registration that extends the validity period of a registration for a period of up to 90 days if:
(a) The applicant submitted a renewal application at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of the registration with the applicable registration fee and proof of applicable worker's compensation insurance;
(b) The applicant has submitted all items that the Labor Commissioner's Office has requested in order to complete processing of the renewal application;
(c) The applicant is in good standing with the California Secretary of State; and
(d) The renewal application processing has not been completed by the Labor Commissioner's Office prior to expiration of the current registration.
