§ 10986. Authority of Workers' Compensation Judge After Decision After Reconsideration.


After a decision after reconsideration has become final, subsequent orders and decisions in a case shall be made by any trial level workers' compensation judge.
An order correcting a decision after reconsideration for clerical, mathematical or procedural error shall be made by the panel that made the decision or, if the composition of the Appeals Board has changed, by the successor panel.
