§ 10206.14. DWC E-Forms and DWC Unstructured Forms.

Authorized e-form filers shall use the e-forms from the external user home page. E-forms filing may be obtained from the DWC website at http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/forms.html#EAMSForms.

HISTORY

1. New article 4 (sections 10206.14-10206.15) and section filed 12-31-2012 as an emergency; operative 1-1-2013 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2013, No. 1). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-1-2013 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
