Article 6. Audit, General Definitions
§10113.3. Administrative Director's Designation of Hearing Officer.
The Administrative Director may delegate authority to a Workers' Compensation
Administrative Law Judge to act as the Hearing Officer. The delegation may include
the following authority: to conduct a prehearing conference; to conduct the civil
penalty hearing; to issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses at the conference;
to issue subpoena duces tecum for the production of documents; and to prepare
a Recommended Determination.
