Article 6. Audit, General Definitions
§10113.2. Amended Complaint or Supplemental Order to Show Cause Before
Submission of Case.
At any time before the hearing, the Administrative Director may file or permit
the filing of an amended complaint or supplemental Order to Show Cause. All parties
shall be notified thereof. If the amended or supplemental Order to Show Cause
presents new charges, the Administrative Director shall afford the claims administrator
a reasonable opportunity to prepare its defense thereto, and it shall be entitled
to file an amended Answer.
